If You Give a Cat a Hot Flash Book & Sticker Pack is available for pre-order now!

Hot flashes. Brain fog. Walking into a room and forgetting why you’re there. Changing outfits for no clear reason. That kind of out-of-nowhere rage that makes you stop and think… what is actually happening?

After hearing the same stories again and again (and experiencing them myself), I realized how many women are quietly wondering if they’re the only ones.

What started as a fun idea with my medical assistant turned into a whole book. So… we went with it.

If You Give a Cat a Hot Flash™ is ready to pre-order today! Grab a book for yourself - and your crew here. Each order comes with a sticker pack!

The main character, Menopawsy™, has a day that feels a little too familiar. And that’s kind of the point. She’s exactly the mascot we didn’t know we needed.

I wanted to create something that makes you laugh… and also makes you feel seen. Because you’re not losing your mind. And you’re definitely not alone in this.

We also have digital gift cards + adorable new merch drops are coming soon!
